STATEMENT OF WORK
INSPECTIONS FOR RECOMMISSION BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS)
Background: USCG Sector San Francisco Building 100 has Building Automation system (BAS) that require a re-commission to meet applicable Coast Guard and State of California safety and operational regulations.
1.
Scope
Contractor needs to be certified by Reliable Controls system. Reliable Controls is on the Building 100 operations system and do not need to replace the controls just need to be inspected. Contractor needs to provide inspection on all components associated with the following locations and will report any discrepancy with a plan and price to make such repairs to include all parts and labor. All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform the necessary cleaning, adjustments and inspections on these items located within the building 100 and a generator outside building 100. Address is 1 Yerba Buena Road, San Francisco, CA. 94130 Inspection on these items that are controlled by the computer located in the mechanical room on the first floor to include shall replace laptop with the upgraded software that can be used to remote in, along with replacement of the upgraded desktop, modem, and printer.

Security Requirements
All contractor personnel must possess proper identification, all contractor vehicles must have valid registration, current insurance, and vehicle operators must possess a valid driver’s license.

Description of Work for BAS (Building Automation System):
5.1 The contractor shall dissemble, clean, inspect, resemble, test, and make required adjustments to ensure proper operations are achieved.
5.2 Components associated with the connectivity to the computer BAS (Building Automating System) are listed is above (Section 4.1).
State of California Permit to Operate:
6.1 Contractor shall coordinate with the state of California, Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Occupational Safety and Health.

Travel Requirements
10.1 Any travel related costs associated with the execution of this project shall be included in the quote with a full break down. Any proposed travel costs must comply with the Federal Travel Regulations and will be reviewed for reasonableness per (FAR) 31.201-3
Data Deliverables 11.1 The Contractor shall provide a written report for detailing the conditions found and suggested course of action for any repairs. Any repairs outside the scope of this SOW must have prior approval before commencement of any additional work.
11.2 If unforeseen issues that require repairs outside of this SOW the Contractor is to address them immediately with Contracting Officer who will make a determination on how to proceed. Only the Contracting Officer can authorize additional work.
11.3 The contractor shall commence work FOURTEEN days after contract award. Completion of all work as outlined in this SOW including providing all permits to operate boilers to the Tech POC’s no later than NINETY (90) days after contract award.

12.1 Completion of work under this contract will be monitored and accepted by Coast Guard Technical POC’s MK1 Jessica Truitt and or MK2 Daniel Ladnier.
