About this file
This request for information from the Internal Revenue Service seeks industry input on innovative data mashing solutions to improve access to and analysis of disparate labor and wage data sets. The IRS is interested in tools that can combine multiple sources such as Department of Labor, General Services Administration, and service contract reporting into an easy-to-use visualization. This information could help acquisition professionals with cost estimating, source selection, and contract negotiations. Respondents are asked to identify existing solutions, technologies, and recommendations for implementation, as well as provide feedback on a proof of concept estimated at $50,000 for 120 days. Responses are due by August 17, 2020 and the IRS plans to issue a solicitation the week of August 24th with proposals due the week of September 7th. A listening session will be held the week of August 31st.
