This document is a Q&A related to Amendment 0001 of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Capital Markets eLearning Course Library solicitation (Solicitation Number: 2031JW24Q00102). The key details are:
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a civilian agency under the Department of the Treasury, is seeking a commercially available off-the-shelf eLearning course library to support training for its examiners, specialists, and team leads in capital markets subject areas. The RFQ requires a base of 500 licenses with an option to increase up to 800 licenses, along with 3 OCC administrator accounts, for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Quotations are due by June 13, 2024 at 10am Eastern. There is no incumbent contractor, and SAM registration is mandatory. The OCC will not be creating its own content and is not sharing its cost estimate or budget for this effort.
