14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)

The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions asked during the question-and-answer period of the request for quotation (RFQ).

A conformed copy of the RFQ is attached to this amendment and replaces the original.

Changes from the original to the conformed copy of the RFQ are highlighted in blue for ease of reference.

Two questions were asked. Questions and answers were/are:

Question 1 -- In regard to Section 3.2.4. of the PWS, "Will OCC entertain a proposal where OCC is provided use of a full and complete on-demand repository of all national credit data Continued ...

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9 A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect .

and OCC performs the sampling work? This option would include a sampling methodology as specified by OCC."

Answer 1 -- Section 3.3.3 "Sample Size of the (Traditional) Core Data" and Section 3.4.3 "Sample Size of the (Alternative) Core Data" both require a sample of "at least" the given size. A proposal that includes a 100% sample of the data clearly complies with and is consistent with this requirement. In general, the OCC favors solutions that provide more and richer data. That said, there is not a linear relationship between sample size and OCC preference (a 100% sample is not 40x more desirable than a 2.5% sample).

Question 2 -- "Is the Solicitation missing section 3.4.5.3? Section 3.4.5.3 is referenced in footnote #43 on page 33 of the RFQ; however, we are not able to locate section 3.4.5.3 in the body of the RFQ. Can the OCC please clarify?"

Answer 2 -- Footnote #43 has been corrected in the conformed copy of the RFQ attached to this amendment. Section 3.4.5.3 of the PWS has been annotated as not applicable in the conformed copy of the RFQ attached to this amendment.
