About this file

This document is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Statement of Compliance for Limitation on Telecommunications Equipment Procurement, version 3 from February 2022. The statement certifies compliance with Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2020, which is part of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020. The document specifically prohibits the acquisition of certain telecommunications equipment and high-impact or moderate-impact information systems, as defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) Federal Information Processing Standard Publication I99 for security categorization of federal information and information systems.

The form provides space for an authorized certifying officer to sign and date a statement confirming the organization's compliance with these procurement restrictions. The document is a standardized template designed to ensure that original equipment manufacturers attest to meeting federal telecommunications equipment procurement limitations, with a focus on maintaining security standards for federal information systems.
