About this file

This is an addendum to Request for Proposal (RFP) 20262029 issued by the City of Eugene, Oregon for Debris Monitoring and Management Services. The addendum, dated May 15, 2026, was issued by Michelle Hahn, Purchasing Analyst, and addresses clarifications to the original solicitation. The original proposal deadline is Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. The solicitation is governed by Oregon Revised Statutes 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-25-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0260. Proposers are required to submit a two-page technical approach narrative limited to the Example Event scenario provided in the RFP, rather than a comprehensive technical approach for the full scope of services.

The addendum clarifies two key pricing and scope matters for potential vendors. Vendors may price certain positions on the Fee Schedule (RFP Page 20) at $0 if those positions will not be utilized in the successful debris operation as defined in the scope of services. This flexibility allows proposers to customize pricing based on their operational approach and resource allocation. All other specifications, terms, and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged.
