About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the acquisition of specialized electronic test equipment by the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA).

The SOW, dated 7 July 2026 and identified as DMEA 26-6G4, details the requirement to acquire a 2-Port 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz Performance Network Analyzer (PNA) with supporting components including a Configurable Test Set, Reference Mixer Switch, Source and Receiver Attenuators, and Bias Tees. The primary point of contact is Xavior Pautin, DMEA/MEBC, (279) 782-8547. The requirement is driven by a Technology Development Plan (TDP) project and addresses a capability gap in DMEA's component testing infrastructure. While existing DMEA tools can identify most electronic components on printed circuit boards, RF signal-related components require specialized measurement equipment for complete and accurate characterization. The SOW references a quote as the source for specific requirements and indicates that no government-provided resources, program management activities, technical interchange meetings, or task-specific requirements are necessary. The document provides minimal additional detail beyond the equipment specifications and purpose, with several sections marked as "None" or "Reserved."

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

DMEA 26-6G4

7 July, 2026 Xavior Pautin, DMEA/MEBC, (279) 782-8547

1.0 SCOPE:

1.1 TITLE: Acquisition of 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz Performance Network Analyzer

1.2 APPLICABILITY: TDP project requirement.

1.3 BACKGROUND: While the majority of electronic components on a printed circuit board (PCB) can be identified with existing DMEA tools, specific types of components, particularly those involving RF signals, require specialized measurement equipment to be fully and accurately characterized.

1.4 PURPOSE: To acquire a 2-Port 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz PNA (Performance Network Analyzer) with Configurable Test Set, Reference Mixer Switch, Source and Receiver Attenuators, and Bias Tees to meet DMEA component testing and characterization requirements.
