About this file
2026 RFP Chemawa Cleanup and Mowing Project
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) document from the State of Oregon for site cleanup, mowing, and general landscaping services at the Chemawa area. The project encompasses routine maintenance activities including grass mowing, weed control, debris removal, and landscape upkeep to maintain the property in a safe and presentable condition. The RFP invites qualified contractors to submit proposals detailing their approach, timeline, equipment, and personnel qualifications for completing the specified cleanup and mowing services. Specific response deadlines, site visit dates, and any required pre-bid meetings or conferences would be detailed within the RFP document to ensure all bidders have equal opportunity to review the scope of work and submit competitive proposals.
The RFP outlines pricing expectations, contract terms, and performance requirements that bidders must address in their submissions. The document specifies whether the contract represents new work or if there is an incumbent contractor, along with any applicable set-asides for small businesses, minority-owned enterprises, or other preferences. Funding sources and budget allocations for the project are identified to provide transparency regarding available resources. Contract duration and any renewal or extension options are established to clarify the anticipated relationship length. Additional requirements such as insurance, bonding, equipment specifications, and compliance with state regulations are specified to ensure contractors meet all necessary qualifications and operational standards for successful project completion.
