About this file

This appears to be a procurement document related to Sarasota County, Florida's renewal of a sole source contract for KBI FLEXI-PAVE products and services from K.B. Industries, Inc. The document file itself is heavily corrupted or improperly scanned, rendering most of the specific procurement details illegible. Based on the associated contract opportunity description, Sarasota County intends to renew an existing sole source procurement arrangement with K.B. Industries, Inc. for the provision of KBI FLEXI-PAVE materials or services. The County reserves the right to cancel this sole source designation and conduct a competitive solicitation should respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and services. The County explicitly states it is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by K.B. Industries, Inc. to sell these products or services.

Due to the illegibility of the primary procurement document, specific details regarding project scope, quantities, response deadlines, contract term, renewal options, pricing terms, funding sources, or other salient procurement information cannot be accurately extracted or summarized from the file provided. To obtain complete procurement specifications and requirements, contact Sarasota County directly or request a legible copy of the solicitation document.
