About this file
This is an Amendment 2 letter issued by the State of Maryland regarding an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Sulfur Analyzer designed to detect sulfur content in gasoline. The amendment modifies the original IFB specifications and requirements for the procurement. The document addresses changes to the technical specifications, delivery requirements, or other material terms of the original solicitation that bidders must incorporate into their proposals. The amendment establishes clarifications or modifications to ensure that submitted bids accurately reflect the state's current needs and project parameters for the sulfur analyzer equipment.
The amendment letter serves as an official modification to the IFB process and requires all potential bidders to acknowledge receipt and compliance with the amended requirements. This ensures that all bids are evaluated on a level playing field with uniform understanding of the specifications and conditions. Bidders must reference this amendment in their proposals to demonstrate full comprehension of the complete procurement requirements, including both the original IFB documents and all subsequent amendments.
