The initial contract term is one year with options for up to four additional one-year renewals at the CHA's sole discretion.
Compensation is structured on a task-order basis with a maximum fee of $200,000 per annum and a not-to-exceed total of $250,000 for the initial contract term. Hourly rates will be established for year one, with renewal rates subject to negotiation capped at 10 percent increases above original-term rates. Reimbursable expenses including printing, reproductions, mailings, and long-distance communications are allowable on a direct-cost basis with documentation. The CHA strongly encourages proposals from minority-owned and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses, HUD Section 3 businesses, and small businesses.
