About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document containing 9 bidder questions and government responses related to RFP 2025-R-003 for U.S. Senate Asset Manager Technical Support Services.
The Q&A clarifies several proposal requirements: resumes and staffing plans should be included in Section 5 of the Technical Proposal; resumes can be submitted as separate attachments and are not counted in page limitations; each subcontractor must submit 2 relevant past performance references from the past 3 years; CPARS will not be accepted in lieu of Past Performance Questionnaires; cost/pricing information should be included in the Price & Administrative Proposal; and Sections B-J must be completed and inserted directly into Volume II Administrative & Price Proposal rather than as separate attachments. The document also clarifies that an "affiliate" refers to any teaming partner or subcontractor that may support the contract requirements.
