About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Air Force Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) branch to gather information about current and emerging electronic warfare (EW) technologies for combating small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) threats in groups 1-3. The RFI seeks detailed technical specifications from potential contractors, including system capabilities, hardware and software details, supply chain information, and manufacturing processes. Responses are voluntary and due by Friday, May 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST, to be submitted to Contracting Officer Robert Gill, Contract Specialist Kristen Rienzo, and Program Manager Thomas Greene via email.
The RFI includes comprehensive questionnaires covering multiple aspects of potential EW systems, such as technical capabilities, hardware specifications, software architecture, cybersecurity features, production capacity, supply chain resilience, and quality control measures. Vendors are requested to provide extensive documentation including technical data, interface control documents, system design and requirements documents, pricing models, test reports, and other relevant materials. The government emphasizes that this is not a formal solicitation and does not guarantee a procurement action, but is designed to conduct market research and understand industry capabilities for potential future counter-sUAS electronic warfare systems.
