About this file
This is Amendment 1 to RFB 2025-UWMSN-00926-RFB for a Traulsen Blast Chiller for University of Wisconsin-Madison Housing Dining. The amendment clarifies that bidders who submitted prior to this amendment must log back in and resubmit their bids. Bidders are required to upload an Itemized Bid List (pricing) document, and while the system will show a $0.00 bid amount, this is expected as the pricing must be included in the upload.
The amendment addresses two technical questions regarding installation. Bidders are instructed to provide two installation pricing options: one using existing lines and another with new lines. The amendment confirms there is an existing open site drain available at the installation location. Questions must be directed to Dave Brinkmeier at brinkmeier@wisc.edu, and all responses must be submitted through the online portal at bids.sciquest.com.
