About this file

This document is a Quick Quote (QQ) requirements specification from Sarasota County, Florida, for procurement of a Rome TAW-16-30A Disk Harrow. The specification details precise requirements for a disk harrow, including 30" diameter x 3/8" thick disk blades, adjustable blade scrapers, heavy-duty bearing wear plates, new industrial tires (specific sizes for different models), hydraulic control groups with cylinders and hoses, and a drawbar jack stand with safety chain. The county requires the product to be new, of the most current version/model, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The pricing terms indicate that the bidder's fee must be inclusive of all costs, including delivery, with no additional fees to be paid by the county. The warranty will cover all materials for one year from the county's acceptance date or the standard manufacturer's warranty, whichever is longer. The county reserves the right to request clarifications or additional information from bidders, and all questions must be submitted electronically through OpenGov Procurement by the specified deadline. The delivery timeframe will be determined by mutual agreement and indicated on the Purchase Order, with delivery to be Free On Board (FOB) destination, meaning Sarasota County will not pay freight or express charges.
