The successful proposer must meet all specifications in the minimum criteria and will be further evaluated in the technical and comparative evaluation criteria for qualifications.
Due to the intricacies and complexities involved in this type of lease operation, it is imperative that the City has a basis upon which to evaluate each proposer and their qualifications. This position requires a highly motivated, qualified proposer with management skills to coordinate duties required for the operation of the restaurant. The Golf Commission, therefore, requires detailed comparative criteria to judge the procurement of this service in addition to price.
The RFP process will enable the City to provide higher ratings to qualified proposers when comparing capabilities to obtain the maximum degree of performance by the proposer selected for this service.
