About this file
This document is an Amendment #1 to a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) in Massachusetts for an AV System Design, Replacement, and Maintenance project. The RFQ, numbered 2025-023, seeks a vendor to design and replace audiovisual systems across multiple conference and collaboration spaces, including a large 14-person conference room, an 8-10 person conference room, a 10-16 person training room, and a small collaboration space. The mandatory walkthrough of the conference space occurred on 4/14/2025, with bid responses due on 4/25/2025 at 12:00 p.m. The estimated contract start date is 5/5/2025, with an anticipated notification to the successful bidder by 4/30/2025.
The amendment modifies the original RFQ by updating the procurement calendar and clarifying the scope of work related to the conference and training room spaces. The solicitation is posted on COMMBUYS under multiple bid solicitation numbers and blanket purchase order numbers across different categories. No specific pricing details or funding sources are explicitly outlined in this amendment, which primarily serves to provide procedural updates and clarify the project's technical scope. Potential bidders are directed to submit questions and responses through the procurement contact, Melissa Morrison, at procurement@chiamass.gov.
