About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) issued pursuant to an agreement between Harvest Plus, LLC ("Contractor") and the Oregon Department of Agriculture ("Client"). The SOW outlines the Contractor's commitment to provide and train employees for all agricultural labor as specified by the Client's supervisors. The Contractor will recruit and hire employees, provide mandatory safety and health orientation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GIP, GAP, OSHA, L&I, and WISHA. The Contractor will also provide transportation to the job site, pay employees on a weekly basis, and handle all associated payroll taxes and employment law requirements. The SOW specifies the hourly rate for a supervisor ($0.00 per hour) and the hourly rate for workers ($15.25 per hour), with a 38% markup for the Client. This SOW is effective as of July 4, 2024.

The related State and Local Contract Opportunity is a Notice of Emergency Procurement issued by the state of Oregon to award a contract to Harvest Plus, LLC for temporary staffing needs in Eastern Oregon. This is not a request for bid, but rather a notice of intent to award an emergency procurement to the Contractor.
