About this file

This is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) document outlining the performance standards, acceptable quality levels, and surveillance methods for the Benavidez Leader Development Program (BLDP) at Teachers College (TC) of Columbia University.

The PRS details four key performance objectives related to the certificate program in Organizational Psychology. The requirements include: establishing a 10 continuing education unit certificate program through TC's Department of Organization and Leadership in coordination with USMA's Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership; creating official transcripts for all BLDP participants with proper notation of "Psychology: Organizational"; staffing and management by full-time TC faculty who establish course requirements; and providing classroom facilities at TC in New York City for eight credit hours of instruction. For all objectives, the contractor is responsible for periodic inspections at planned intervals, while the TC point of contact and COR handle customer feedback collection and unscheduled inspections.
