About this file

This document contains the pre-bid meeting minutes for the Central Pender Park Pond project in Burgaw, North Carolina. The project is being managed by Pender County with the design and engineering being provided by Pond.

The pre-bid meeting covered several key details, including the absence of Davis-Bacon or prevailing wage requirements related to the PARTF grant funding, the County now providing and installing the playground equipment, instructions for obtaining a plan holders list and CAD files, and information on how bidders should provide subcontractor details. The engineer's estimate for the project is $5,012,900, though this amount does not include sales tax, labor burden, general conditions, contractor fee, or bonding/insurance. Bidders will need to sign a CAD file release form to obtain the grading design files for their quantity takeoffs.
