About this file
This is Addendum #2 for RFP 2024-CA-44 issued by Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) for a Customer Service Satisfaction Survey, with responses due January 24, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. The addendum includes questions and answers related to the RFP, along with two new exhibits: the 2017 Transactional Impact Analysis (Exhibit A) and 2018 Relationship Impact Analysis (Exhibit B). The project requires conducting customer satisfaction surveys over a one-year period from the award date, targeting residential customers who have had various types of contact with CCWA. The survey must achieve a 60% response rate and provide statistically valid results with a 95% confidence level and +/- 5% margin of error.
The incumbent provider is Metrix Matrix, Inc., though they do not have preference for this solicitation due to CCWA's competitive purchasing policy. The survey will focus on residential customers (90% of CCWA's customer base) who have had contact through multiple channels including IVR (38%), CSS (45%), walk-in (9%), and call center (15%). The survey should include customers with accounts of varying tenure (5+ years, 2 years, and 1 year) and collect demographic data including age, family size, and owner/tenant status. Budget information was not disclosed. The selected vendor must provide bilingual interviewers and compare results with similar utilities in the southeast region where possible.
