This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Education, Division of Technology and Innovation. The Department requires maintenance and support for the TIBCO Managed File Transfer-Secure File Transfer Protocol (TIBCO MFT SFTP) software to continue operations. The intended single source is TIBCO Software, Inc., who is the sole proprietor of the software. The requested services include software maintenance and support for a 3-year term. The estimated dollar amount for the 3-year contract is $270,000 ($90,000 per year). Interested parties should review the document and, if able to provide the described services, email the contact person by 10:00 A.M. on June 30, 2023. This advertisement will close on June 30, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.

The justification for the single-source acquisition is that the TIBCO MFT SFTP software is necessary for secure file transfers between the Department and various organizations, and TIBCO is the sole proprietor of the software that provides the required functionality. The Department has determined that the commodities or contractual services are available only from TIBCO Software, Inc.
