Introduction

MWI/WAJ has received a USAID fund to modernize and transform the SCADA systems and infrastructure components across Jordan. The fund is managed by a FARA agreement signed between

MWI/WAJ and USAID. The FARA holds multiple milestones mandating various objectives that must be achieved across a timeline of 4 years. The objective is to align all SCADA transformation efforts to international standards and create specific and detailed models for MWI/WAJ with a clear 5 year strategy.

Several documents and data are available through the existing SCADA strategy document which can be used as a starting point for the work detailed in this RFP.

By submitting their proposal, eligible bidder(s) shall agree to the terms and conditions of this RFP and shall not assume any exceptions or deviation unless MWI/WAJ issues an official addendum.
