Efficiency Study within Clackamas County Human Resources Department
ADDENDUM NUMBER 1
August 17, 2022
On August 11, 2022, Clackamas County (“County”) published Request for Quotes #2022-79 (“RFQ”). The County has found that it is in its best interest to amend the RFQ through the issuance of this Addendum #1. Except as expressly amended below, all other terms and conditions of the original RFQ and subsequent Addenda shall remain unchanged.
1. Completion date for the project is hereby set for December 31, 2022.
2. Question: Is it an error that Workforce Data Management is listed twice in Section 2, Scope Background?
Answer: Yes, it is in error. Workforce Data Management should be listed once only.
3. Question: Are HR staff working at County offices or remotely? What is the expectation regarding how the consultant should work? On-site or remotely?
Answer: HR works a hybrid schedule with staff working remotely and on site. There may be an initial meeting or two in person, but most of the work could be accomplished by the consultant remotely.
