A00002 Solicitation 20215281010

The purpose of Amendment A00002 is to provide responses to Requests for Information received against solicitation 20215281010.

Will you extend the proposal due date?

No, there have been no technical questions submitted that warranted revision to the Statement of Work or an extension to the proposal due date.

Will it be acceptable to work Monday-Saturday?

Work on Saturdays is acceptable. However, Saturday work MUST be scheduled ahead of time and determined by the IBWC to be necessary.

If Saturday work is not allowed, will it be acceptable for the work hours to be M-F 7-5:30?

It is acceptable to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Some items such as walkways, piping, handrail, etc. will need to be removed temporarily to allow for access to all surfaces for a complete paint removal. Will we be allowed to set up an area outside where we can blast and paint these pieces in lieu of chemical stripping and hand prepping? All lead abatement protocols would be followed if this were allowed.

Yes, we have a couple of areas where vendors can setup outside the Power Plant, at warehouse yard or concreate slap by the well.
