The addendum, dated April 27, 2021, clarifies the measurement and pricing methodology for the crushing contract. The revision modifies Section 11.3 to require the contractor to provide a calibrated motion belt scale at the site to weigh and calculate daily tonnage of crushed materials, with crushing prices charged per ton based on daily scale measurements. The addendum also permits the use of a certified drone data collection system as an alternative method to measure quantities of materials produced.

No additional pricing terms, payment structures, set-asides, contract duration, or other salient contract details are specified in this addendum document. The amendment serves solely to establish the technical requirements and measurement standards for material quantification under the bid.
