Qualifications will be reviewed by appropriate City Staff for compliance with all requirements of this Request for Qualifications (RFQu). The City may request additional information or documentation prior to making a decision for admittance to the pool and/or prior to issuing a contract. Sample work, reference checks, and/or oral presentation may be required of the contractors to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.

Section VIII is the Standard Qualification Form. This must be filled out in its entirety and submitted with all Statements of Qualifications.
Section X, the “Sample Personal Services Contract,” is the City’s proposed contract. Exceptions to contract terms and conditions will be reviewed on a case by case basis at the time of contracting.
