STATEMENT OF NEED FOR SUPPLIES < $150K
NMAN7100-20-00526
PURPOSE:
Purchase of several fabricated platform stands that match up to Rampmaster 0408005-GW gangways. Our need is for one 48” platform height, and two 72” platform height towers that meet the specifications of the Rampmaster Model #0408005-PS platform stand. These platforms will be used to assist visiting NOAA ship’s Rampmaster gangways and the Newport Oregon tidal ranges.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
1 Pier stand meeting the following specification:
· Aluminum construction w/ SS hardware
· Minimum capacity of 100 lb/sq.ft. plus lower end of fully loaded Rampmaster 0408005-GW gangway
· 48” Usable width x 10’ nominal length
· 48” Top platform height
· 48” x 36” Top platform with open bar grating, slip resistant surface
· 35º Incline with slip resistant treads
· Pipe handrails with midrail
· Four (4) swivel casters
· Connecting pads for Rampmaster 0408005-GW gangway
· Connecting axle for Rampmaster 0408005-GW gangway 2 Pier stand meeting the following specification:
· Aluminum construction w/ SS hardware
· Minimum capacity of 100 lb/sq.ft. plus lower end of fully loaded Rampmaster 0408005-GW gangway
· Up to 72” Usable width x 12 nominal length (or safest for 72” height top platform height)
· 72” Top platform height
· 48” x 36” Top platform with open bar grating, slip resistant surface
· 35º Incline with slip resistant treads
· Pipe handrails with midrail
· Four (4) swivel casters
· Connecting pads for Rampmaster 0408005-GW gangway
· Connecting axle for Rampmaster 0408005-GW gangway
DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE:
48” stand should be delivered prior to June 1st 2020. The other two 72” stands, no later than August 1st 2020.
