The Contractor shall provide sufficient qualified labor, gear and equipment and materials to satisfy the scope of this contract, and make every effort to rectify any shortfall NAICS Code: 488320 (Marine Cargo Handling) or 488999 (All Other Transportation Support Activities) Period of Performance: 1 July 2021 through 30 June 2026

Hours of Operation: The contractor may be required to perform services 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days per year to include all official holidays.

Security Related to Personnel: If the Government notifies the Contractor that the employment or the continued employment of any Contractor employee is prejudicial to the interests or endangers the security of the United States of America, the Contractor shall make any changes necessary in the appointment(s).
