About this file
This is an Addendum #1 to Request for Bids No. 2019-5 issued by the Dunn County Department of Administration for Bus Passenger Shelters for the Dunn County Transit system. The solicitation addresses five questions and answers from prospective bidders regarding project specifications, cost estimates, delivery timelines, and floor plans. The bid due date is June 14, 2019, at 1:05 p.m. CST. The County clarified that no floor plans or previous award pricing are available; vendors must submit their own cost proposals on the price sheet included in the IFB. A critical requirement is that bidders must meet a 60-day delivery schedule to ensure adequate installation time, and any vendor with a longer lead time may be deemed non-responsive. Addendum #1 must be signed and submitted with the bid to be considered responsive.
The solicitation documents are available through vendornet.wi.gov, and no project valuation has been disclosed by the County. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum #1 by signing the form provided and including their firm information, FEIN, and contact details. Any bidders who have previously submitted proposals may amend them by clearly marking the envelope "Amendment to IFB No. 2019-5." Questions regarding the addendum should be directed to John H. McLaughlin, Accounting Manager, at jmclaughlin@co.dunn.wi.us or 715-231-6584.
