About this file

This is a pricing schedule for a Request for Proposal issued by the State of Michigan for dust control services at two military installations: Camp Grayling Joint Mobilization Training Center and Fort Custer. The contract requires dust control services measured in gallons, with an anticipated annual usage of 190,000 gallons at Fort Custer and 53,000 gallons at Camp Grayling. Contractors must submit pricing using the provided Schedule B-1 in a modifiable format such as Microsoft Word or Excel, though non-modifiable formats like PDF may be submitted as supplementary documents. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as requested may result in proposal disqualification.

Price proposals must be comprehensive and include all costs associated with service delivery, including one-time charges, setup fees, shipping and handling, per-unit pricing, and any other potential charges to the State. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment discount terms, which must be specified as a percentage discount contingent upon payment within a stated number of days after invoice receipt, excluding processing time. All contractors submitting proposals must certify that pricing was developed independently without consultation or agreement with competing contractors. The document specifies a minimum delivery quantity requirement but does not indicate response deadlines, award dates, or contract term information in the provided content.
