About this file
This is a Single Feasible Source (SFS) Posting Form issued by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for the Community Health Worker Re-Entry Initiative. The program aims to provide workforce development training for Community Health Workers (CHWs) to support justice-involved individuals as they re-enter their communities following release. CHWs trained through this initiative will be equipped to connect returning citizens with essential social support services, including employment resources, housing assistance, behavioral health services, and community programs designed to reduce recidivism and promote successful re-entry experiences. The contract is awarded to Randolph County Caring Community Partnership, effective through July 31, 2027, with four optional one-year renewal periods available. The requisition number is RQ002700002, and the SFS number is STATE 0000000506SL. Julie Kleffner serves as the buyer and can be contacted at 573-751-1689 or via email at Julie.kleffner@oa.mo.gov and purchmail@oa.mo.gov.
Randolph County Caring Community Partnership qualifies as a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044 due to its federally recognized workforce development credentials and federally registered apprenticeship program, which enables both academic training and real-world deployment of Community Health Workers in workforce, justice-involved, behavioral health, and re-entry settings. This proprietary requirement justifies the single-source acquisition approach. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, or other financial details are provided in the posting form.
