The pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Gross Towers (1339 W. Allen Street), followed by site visits. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend and familiarize themselves with site boundaries and terrain. Applications must occur on Thursday and Friday following the grass cutting schedule conducted Monday through Wednesday, with all scheduling subject to Housing Authority approval and weather conditions. The contractor is responsible for all Federal, State, and Local regulatory compliance, environmental and personal safety obligations, permit acquisition, and public notifications. Payment is contingent upon Housing Authority inspection and satisfactory completion of each application. The contract requires field supervisors to maintain cellular telephone or two-way radio communication for immediate reporting of scheduling issues and incidents. Site plan maps are provided for reference only and are not to scale; contractors must obtain final work site boundaries, terrain features, and square footage totals through site visits or the pre-bid conference.
