About this file

This document is a single source procurement justification for the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) seeking language arts curriculum materials from Savvas Learning Company LLC. FSDB requires MyPerspectives 2026 Florida language arts curriculum materials as specified by the Florida State Standards for the school years 2026-2031. The procurement is designated as a single source acquisition with no competitive bidding process indicated. The document does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidder's meetings. The contract term extends for five school years from 2026 through 2031 with no renewal options mentioned.

The estimated not-to-exceed dollar amount for this procurement is $35,000.00. Savvas Learning Company LLC, located at 15 East Midland Avenue, Suite 502, Paramus, New Jersey 07652, is identified as the sole intended source. The justification for single source procurement is that Savvas Learning Company LLC is the exclusive publisher and copyright holder for the MyPerspectives 2026 Florida language arts curriculum materials.
