About this file
This document is a Single Source Advertisement from the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) for the procurement of proprietary software from Reading Horizons for fiscal year 2025-2026. The advertisement, identified as SS-26-001, will be open from July 7, 2025, to July 28, 2025, seeking to purchase Reading Horizons Discover and Elevate software. The company is located in Kaysville, Utah, and no alternative sources exist for these specific software products. The procurement is for in-service training, adult education, and educational guidance services. Prospective vendors are invited to provide information about their ability to supply similar commodities during the fifteen-business-day advertising period, with all questions to be submitted via email to Kim Whitwam, Director of Purchasing, at whitwamk@fsdbk12.org.
