About this file
This document is an Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Price Increase Percentages Attachment for a solicitation numbered BPM006653. The attachment is designed for potential contract offerors to specify maximum price increase percentages for potential contract renewal periods.
The attachment outlines a structured approach for price increases across four potential renewal periods, with the offeror specifying maximum percentage increases for each period. In this specific document, the offeror has proposed incremental increases: 5% for the first renewal period, 10% for the second, 15% for the third, and 20% for the fourth renewal period. Importantly, these percentage increases would be calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases. If an increase is requested, the offeror must provide documentation demonstrating the need for the price adjustment at the time of renewal. The document provides a clear example illustrating how these percentage increases would be applied to an original contract price of $100.00 across successive renewal periods.
