The University seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide four vehicles total: two marked 2025 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility vehicles and two unmarked 2025 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility vehicles, including all specified accessories. The document does not specify response deadlines, site visit requirements, bidders' conferences, or award dates; these details would be contained in separate ITB documents. The contract term and any renewal options are not addressed in this pricing schedule form.

Bidders must submit firm fixed pricing for all items as itemized in the Bonfire BidTable and provide a total purchase price. The University operates on Net 30 payment terms under the Texas Prompt Payment Act and prefers the JP Morgan Chase Single Use Account Program for payment processing. Bidders should indicate any available educational, federal, state, or local discounts and reference applicable Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts if applicable. All bids must be based on F.O.B. destination delivery terms unless otherwise specified. Bidders must provide the number of calendar days required to commence delivery from contract execution and indicate any prompt payment discounts offered. The University is exempt from Texas Sales and Use Tax and will not accept bids containing assumptions or exceptions to the identified specifications and requirements.
