| Due to continuity protocols the Hyclone brand of cell culture is required. This cell culture has historically been used in our studies and are required to be used for life of the study. Continuity protocols are a required part of the Cell Culture and Cell Line Development SOPs. Attempts to modify the items the development of the next generation vaccine and or therapeutics would result in significant delays and inconsistencies jeopardize the programs mission and goals. Experiments in process have been conducted using this cell culture and the lab must continue to use this brand through the life cycle of the study to avoid introducing outside variables resulting in corruption of our experiments. |
