About this file
This document is a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification form designed to ensure fair and competitive bidding practices. The certification requires bidders to affirm that they have developed their bid prices independently, without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with any other bidder or competitor that might restrict competition. Bidders must certify that they have not knowingly disclosed their prices to other bidders prior to the bid opening and have not attempted to induce other parties to submit or withhold bids.
The form requires the bidder to provide key identifying information, including their printed name, signature, title, name of corporation, and federal ID number, along with the date of signing. By signing the document, the bidder confirms under penalty of perjury that they have complied with the non-collusive bidding requirements outlined in the three main clauses of the certification. This document serves as a legal declaration to promote fair and open competition in the bidding process.
