About this file
This document is a notice of an intended single source procurement for electronic licenses for n2y products by the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB). FSDB is seeking user licenses for n2y's L3 Skills, Unique Learning System, and News2you products for fiscal year 2022-2023, with an estimated not-to-exceed amount of $12,500. n2y is identified as the sole source provider for these proprietary products, as they hold the sole publishing and copyright rights. The notice was published from June 24, 2024 to July 15, 2024, providing the statutory 15-day advertising period required for single source procurements.
The justification for the single source determination is that n2y is the sole publisher and copyright holder for the specified n2y products, which are designed specifically for individuals with special needs. No other sources exist for these products. The notice invites any vendors who believe they can fulfill this procurement to provide information regarding their ability to supply the required commodities or services within the 15-day advertising period.
