About this file
This document is a Single Source Advertisement for a contract opportunity from the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) to provide user licenses for n2y products including the L3 Skills online skills practice resource set, the Unique Learning System online curriculum product, and the News-2-You current events newspaper. The estimated not-to-exceed value of the contract is $11,700.00, and the intended sole source vendor is n2y, LLC located in Huron, Ohio. FSDB has determined that n2y is the sole source publisher and copyright holder of these proprietary products, which are specifically designed for individuals with special needs. The advertisement period runs from July 13, 2023 to August 3, 2023, and any vendors that believe they can fulfill this procurement should provide information to the primary contact, Kim Whitwam, Director of Purchasing, within this 15-business day advertising period.
The justification for this single source procurement is that n2y is the sole publisher and copyright holder of the requested products, and no other sources exist. FSDB will review any information received from prospective vendors to determine if the commodities or services are available from a single source. If FSDB determines in writing that the products are only available from n2y, they will provide notice of their intended decision to enter into a single-source contract.
