About this file
This document is a Single Source Advertisement for the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) to acquire a yearly subscription to LinkedIn Learning for their campus access from April 2023 to April 2024. The estimated dollar amount not-to-exceed is $13,000. LinkedIn Corporation is the intended sole source provider, as they are the sole distributor for the LinkedIn Learning product line, and no other source exists for the LinkedIn Learning site license for higher education institutions. The advertisement began on March 13, 2023, and will end on April 3, 2023, providing a 15-business day period for vendors to submit information regarding their ability to fulfill this procurement.
The justification for the single source acquisition is that LinkedIn is the sole distributor for the LinkedIn Learning product line, and the only source to obtain the license for use of the learning courses offered by LinkedIn is from LinkedIn Corporation. The primary contact for this procurement is Kim Whitwam, the Director of Purchasing at FSDB, and all questions should be submitted to her by email.
