About this file
This document contains detailed instructions for vendors participating in public tenders through the Government of Barbados Integrated Government procurement portal (gov-bb.bonfirehub.com). The instructions outline the process for vendor registration, document submission, and bid response requirements. Vendors, both national and foreign, must complete their vendor profiles by uploading essential documents such as certificates of incorporation, TAMIS certificates, and labor compliance certifications. The portal allows vendors to view, update, and submit their profiles, with a maximum file upload size of 1000 MB and supported file types including PDF, Word, Excel, PPT, and others.
The document provides step-by-step guidance on preparing and submitting bid responses, including completing required information, uploading documents, and using bid tables or questionnaires. Vendors must ensure all mandatory fields are filled and can modify or withdraw submissions before the published closing date and time. Technical support is available through Bonfire (Support@GoBonfire.com) and the Government Department Help Desk (+1-246-535-4904 / 535-4915). The portal requires minimum system requirements of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox, with JavaScript and browser cookies enabled. Responses will only be visible to the procuring entity after the closing date and time, and vendors will receive an email receipt with a unique confirmation number upon submission.
