The solicitation seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide traffic engineering services including traffic operational and safety studies, signal warrants, small traffic control and pavement marking project design, traffic infrastructure and safety program development, and preparation of traffic design plans. The contract is structured as a three-year term agreement with potential for continuing as-needed contracts for study activities not exceeding $500,000 per project and for services related to projects with construction costs not exceeding $7.5 million.
