About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of 4 Portable Open-Path Tunable Diode Lasers to measure ammonia and methane concentrations. The solicitation, issued by the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Coastal Plains Research Center in Florence, SC, seeks 2 instruments to measure ammonia and 2 to measure methane. The technical requirements include the ability to measure concentrations within specific ranges, operate over a path length of 5-500 meters, and have remote diagnostics and data transmission capabilities. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the RFQ and specifications using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection. Past performance will be evaluated on an "acceptable" or "unacceptable" basis. Quotes are due by April 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM CST.
