About this file
This is a Statement of Work for the repair and testing of a HC-144 Fuel Jet Pump, Part Number CA78300-0001, dated 11 August 2026, issued by the United States Coast Guard.
The USCG seeks a vendor to provide repair and testing capabilities for the fuel jet pump to restore it to airworthy condition following Programmed Depot Maintenance involving polysulfide resin tank sealant removal. The jet pump is susceptible to failure from foreign object debris that may remain after tank cleaning. The vendor must be familiar with fuel jet pump testing and repair requirements and possess the necessary tooling and equipment to perform immersed-in-fuel functional testing. Key requirements include: performing an evaluation of the jet pump assembly to determine repair feasibility; completing all repair and overhaul work in accordance with the Contractor Maintenance Manual (CMM); identifying pumps determined out of scope and returning them to USCG; and applying repair/recoat finish using specified primers (P99 and PU66 or Z-12-113). Deliverables consist of the cleaned, preserved, and packaged component and a Certificate of Conformance certifying airworthiness compliance. The performance period shall not exceed 30 days from date of receipt, with early delivery desired. Points of contact are CWO Lance Godfrey and Harlon Parchment at the specified USCG email addresses and telephone numbers.
