About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service for the Rivbulio Fire Recovery Integrated Resource Service Contract (IRSC) project.

The RFI seeks information from prospective offerors on their interest, capabilities, and challenges in completing the proposed work, which includes roadside hazard tree abatement, road repair and reconstruction, and removal of fire-damaged forest products. The project area covers approximately 2,304 acres across the Clackamas Ranger District of the Mount Hood National Forest in Oregon. Initial estimates indicate 115,200 CCF of biomass/cull material across the project area.

Respondents are requested to provide answers to a questionnaire by August 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The Forest Service anticipates beginning the pre-solicitation process for this contract with draft contract documents by the end of July 2024. This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation. The contract will be awarded under the Stewardship Authority, and multiple awards may be made.
