The requirement is for venue trademark rights, digital features during games, game night sponsorships, on-site activation, newsletter and website exposure, and other marketing opportunities at Indy Fuel home games and Fishers Freight games. Base Contracting Officer: JACOB JOHNSON, 2D LT, IN ANG Base Contracting Officer Findings: Description of Services: IHQ-INANG and 181st IW has identified a need for recruiting services for the Indianapolis area to increase manning potential within a specific area. In looking at areas of greatest success, sports complexes and teams were deemed a focal point for recruiting efforts.
A limited and equally unique set of vendors are available in the provided area and field. The Indy Fuel Hockey Team complex represents a unique, weather-independent, and assumed target market demographic to obtain the best success rate as possible. Research was conducted by our Recruiting flight in conjunction with previous recruiting efforts from past contracts and micro-purchase threshold purchases. Indy Fuel Hockey Team is a semi-professional sports team in the local area with a high reputation that attracts attendees all across the Indianapolis area.
Indy Fuel will be able to provide a very intimate experience with/for it's audience to put the INANG at the forefront of the minds of individuals at the event.
Although there exist 3rd party advertising companies that can meet this requirement for additional costs, we believe it most advantageous to the tax payer to pursue a sole source award directly with Indy Fuel which that would limit the additional fees and cost associated with these companies. Additionally, this requirement is locality specific and very a few number of contractors can offer the exact product that working directly with Indy Fuel can provide that meet the needs of the recruiting team's efforts.
