2. Threaded Rod Center to Center Horizontal
3. Threaded Rod Diameter and Threads Per Inch
4. Feed Ring Spar Face to Spar Face
5. Feed Ring Flat to Flat
6. Feed Ring Top and Sides Width
7. Feed Ring Spar Face Width
8. Threaded rod portion below Feed Ring
9. Feed Ring Height
10. Threaded rod portion above Feed Ring
11. Bottom Feed Ring to Bottom of Feed
12. Bottom of Feed Ring to Reflector Vertex
13. Spar Length
GearBox/Datapack information:
Open Lubrication access port and measure inside depth of gearbox in AZ and EL. If possible, take a picture of Datapack area inside. This is so we know it there are any obstructions we need to know about around the Datapack and also how much room we have for mounting the Anti-Backlash Gear.
Elevation Connector Plate Measurements:
1. Through Hole Diameter
2. Plate Diameter
3. Bolt Circle Diameter
4. Number of Bolts
5. Size of Bolts
Measurements taken on the NAVSOC Det C SGLS antenna on 25 October 2020

GEARBOX/DATAPACK INFORMATION; open Lubrication access port and measure:
1 Inside depth of gearbox in AZ 7 and 1/4"
2 Width of AZ Gear teeth 3”
3 Thickness of the AZ plate * 1 and 1/2"
4 Inside depth of gearbox in EL. 8 and 5/8”
5 Width of EL Gear teeth 3”
6 Thickness of the EL plate * 1 and 1/2"
* In conjunction with the width of the gear teeth, this measurement will verify the length of the
Datapack shaft needed.

Measuring the difference between the elevation rubber bumper and metal stop
The elevation axis electrical down limit (i.e. motion stopped while moving antenna from ACU) was positive 0.51 degrees. The antenna was lowered from that point using the Local Control
Unit (LCU). Negative 0.05 degrees as indicated on the ACU was as close as we could get using the LCU.
A level placed on the antenna elevation axis had this result.
With the antenna at negative 0.05 degrees as indicated on the ACU, the distance between the top of the rubber elevation bumper and bottom of the metal elevation stop was measured and found to be 2 and 3/4”.
Stow Pin Information
AZ/EL Stow Pins
Stow pin ends
Elevation stow pin storage location (Elevation Enclosure)
End of elevation stow pin storage cylinder inside elevation enclosure
Inside view of elevation stow pin storage cylinder (taken from end outside of elevation enclosure with cap removed)
Azimuth stow pin storage location is to the right of the ladder leading to the azimuth level.
