About this file

This is a GSA Limited Source Justification document for a furniture procurement by the United States Indo Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), J5 program. The acquisition is for a furniture package and installation project in Building 700 at Camp H.M. Smith, Oahu, Hawaii, involving the replacement of existing furniture with smaller cubicles to create total workstations and one private office. The contract will be awarded to Office Pavilion, Contract Furnishers of Hawaii, Inc., a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), through GSA e-Buy under FSS Contract #47QSMA24D08N9.

Office Pavilion is the only authorized dealer of Herman Miller products in Hawaii and the Pacific Rim, offering a comprehensive warranty and support package. The project has a period of performance to be completed no later than September 30, 2025, with the estimated value representing the minimum requirements of the Government.
